Natasha’s bodywork focuses on addressing chronic pain and muscle dysfunction by unwinding tension in the fascia, connective tissue between the muscles and organs. These tension patterns are related to posture, injuries, and repetitive movement stress (job, hobbies, lifestyle). This type of bodywork helps improve:
Body movement
Tension & stress buildup
Nervous system regulation, getting your body out fight or flight mode
Natasha guides awareness of compensation patterns the body holds, unconscious tension, and unwanted muscle activation.
MEET NATASHA
Born and raised in Rohnert Park, California, Natasha initially found her passion & self-expression in the arts. She studied art at Santa Rosa Junior College and worked as an art teacher at Scribbles and Giggles art studio for 6 years until its closure in 2020.
Natasha began experiencing widespread chronic pain early in life, due to multiple accident related injuries, and what she would later learn to be Fibromyalgia. She spent most of her life working with doctors on how to properly manage pain caused by FM, and the plethora of post-concussion symptoms. She began working on self massage for relief and over the years, shared massage with loved ones, discovering her love for the practice of bodywork.
It was in 2023 when she connected with Dr. Judy for a mentorship opportunity and assistant position. During her training at Cotati Chiropractic, it became evident that Natasha could offer patients further support on their wellness journey by providing her gifted artful approach to physiotherapy care.
Natasha understands chronic pain, is a detail-oriented, calm, and nurturing bodyworker, guiding patients to find ease and joy in their bodies.
