I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish. I love providing translation support and making services more accessible to the Spanish-speaking community.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to new places.

Hi! I'm Alegre Fowler, massage therapist and maker of fermented delights and herbal wellness products. I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
An NHI Advanced Program graduate, I love effecting change for each body on my table. Each massage is unique for every body, every time. Whether you're seeing me for buccal face massage, area-specific therapeutic massage, or lymphatic movement, my goal is to work with you to create relief from pain.
I firmly believe in the healing value of therapeutic bodywork, whether on its own or as a component of a holistic approach to wellness.
When I'm not practicing massage, you can find me sweating in the hot room practicing yoga or Pilates, on the road chasing hot springs or waterfalls, or playing in the kitchen or garden.
Tara Dickinson - Marketing Manager
Art teacher by day, marketing queen by night, Tara has been managing Cotati Chiropractic's and Dr. Judy Moves' website building, social media, and customer communications for over 2 years.
With a background in fine arts and years of teaching a variety of art to kids & adults, Tara enjoys sharing tools to help everyone feel comfortable in the creative process while learning new techniques. Her greatest enjoyment is guiding participants toward their own inner wisdom & creativity.
With a previous career as a clothing business owner and account manager for a high-end advertising agency, Tara still enjoys assisting clients with growing their businesses through a range of communication avenues.
Tara is currently beginning to bring her two-decade-long process of healing ulcerative colitis and other autoimmune conditions to the public, sharing her holistic healing knowledge & personal experience.
Kelley Blake - Personal Assistant
Hi everyone! My name is Kelley Blake, and I’m Judy’s personal assistant. I’m a Sonoma County native who grew up in Petaluma before moving to Santa Rosa, where I now live with my two beautiful children. I’m a proud mom to a 3-year-old son, a 1-year-old daughter, and a goofy 4-year-old French Bulldog. Feel free to ask me all about them!
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University and am currently working toward my master’s degree in Education. I’m passionate about teaching, learning, and helping others, and I’m excited to continue growing in a field that allows me to do all three.
I’m looking forward to being a helping hand and making sure you all receive the warm, attentive, and exceptional service you deserve from such a wonderful practitioner. I’m so happy to be part of the team and look forward to getting to know you all!

Hello, my name is Anahi Cisneros. I am passionate about providing extraordinary accounting, tax, and audit services. I have worked for years with audits and enjoy ensuring that you get every write-off you are entitled to. I have worked with both audits and taxes for personal, small, and large businesses, legal offices, and local government. Data entry is easy work for me, and I love making your life easier by providing the accounting support you need. I can help you learn about methods and resources to simplify your records. I am available to provide services as needed.
I have been happy to be working with Dr. Judy since 2020. I have supported her with both personal and business accounting and taxes, and through the conception of Cotati Chiropractic, Inc. She is a pleasure to work with and for. I'm proud to be part of her founding team.
